Battery Recycling Facilities
We are pleased to be able to announce that we are now able to offer Battery Recycling Facilities within our supermarkets.
All types of portable sealed dry batteries will be welcomed at our Peasmarsh Superstore and Jempson’s / Budgens stores in Battle, Hawkhurst and Rye for recycling.
Simply put your discharged batteries into our custom ’Battery Can’ and we will do the rest.
(Please note that only portable sealed and dry batteries can be recycled, car, lorry, motorcycle, tractor, and van etc batteries must be disposed of via the correct means).
Do not put your used batteries in the dustbin, recycle with us today and together lets help the environment !
