Returns

Although every effort is made to ensure that our goods reach you in perfect condition, we will provide a full refund, or arrange a replacement, where you received goods that are damaged, faulty or not as ordered.

If this applies to you, please advise Jempsons Ltd either by email using this form or by telephone on +44 (0) 1797 230 214 stating the nature of the complaint ideally within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and not more than 7 working days from receipt.

Once we have received your complaint we will either email or telephone you to discuss the problem. Please do not return any goods until we have discussed the matter with you.

If we ask you to send the goods back to us for inspection then please include as much of the original packaging as possible and send the goods by registered mail. We will refund the cost of the postage subject to receiving a receipt from you for the cost.

If you choose to cancel your order for any other reason, you must advise us in writing within 7 working days of delivery and return the goods to us at your own expense. We will refund the value of the goods, subject to them being received by us in merchantable quality.

 

Jempson’s Meet the Expert Event Tickets

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
  • Jempson’s are not liable for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
  • Tickets cannot be purchased in conjunction with any Jempson’s vouchers or coupons.
  • Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the performance. All tickets are non-transferrable. Refund or exchange must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be offered if, for any reason, the ticket holder is unable to travel to the venue or attend the event.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be made if the performer is on site and the performance goes ahead but the ticket holder leaves due to bad weather.
  • Jempson’s reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme at any time and without advance notice.
  • Every effort shall be made to admit latecomers to Events at a suitable break in the Event, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.
  • All tickets are non-transferrable.
  • Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make your ticket and transaction void.
  • Tickets remain the property of Jempson’s Ltd.
