Curd & Cure

Founded in 1988 by the Stimson family, the business started it’s life as the Cheddar Cheese Company before expanding and becoming the Curd & Cure we now know based in Cranbrook, Kent.

William has now been in the cheese trade for 30 years. His experience began at 16, when he worked in a Tunbridge Wells deli before moving on to a London wholesaler. His passion for cheese was unending and he eventually progressed to manage a top London cheese shop and then into the cheese business in his own right with Curd & Cure.

He’s a Master of Cheese and a judge at the World Cheese Awards. Curd & Cure supply our delicatessen counters with fabulous cheeses from around the world and just around the corner.
