Your Savaclub Card Terms and Conditions


These Terms and Conditions, our Use of Website(s) Terms and Conditions and our Privacy and Cookies Policy (Customer Promise) govern the entire SavaClub scheme.  By applying for a SavaClub Card or participating in any of its benefits you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

Additional terms and conditions may apply from time to time, for example, if we put on an event these may give you a benefit. The additional terms will be made available to you on our website from time to time.

General

  1. The Jempson’s SavaClub Card is issued by and remains the property of Jempson’s Ltd, which reserves the right to decline to issue, withdraw, or terminate the SavaClub Card scheme at any time.
  2. SavaClub points are awarded at all Jempson’s stores and Coffee Shop outlets. It cannot be used as a Cheque Guarantee or Credit Card.
  3. All participants in the SavaClub card scheme must be UK residents and at least 18 years of age.
  4. The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the authorised signatory.
  5. To qualify for points, present your loyalty card to the checkout assistant before your items are scanned. This will ensure your number is recorded and points are awarded correctly.
  6. Points can be claimed retrospectively on the production of a valid receipt and within 14 days of purchase. For new customers, points on till receipts cannot be collected before a card is issued.
  7. The scheme offers points on most products available in Jempsons stores with a few exceptions. The exclusions are listed on our website and may be altered or amended at any time, at the discretion of Jempson’s Ltd.
  8. At least £1 must be spent per visit to qualify for points. One point will be awarded for every £1 spent. At least £2 must be spent per visit to qualify for points on all fuel purchases. One point will be awarded for every £2 spent.
  9. Approximately every four months customers who have collected at least 250 points will be mailed a statement and SavaClub coupon to the value of points collected during that period.
  10. Customers who do not reach the minimum level of points needed to qualify for coupons will have their points carried forward to the next collection period.
  11. Customers who join the scheme but do not collect any points for two months will be removed from the scheme but may re-apply at any time.
  12. Jempson’s Ltd reserves the right to vary the value of points, alter or amend the conditions of operation of the SavaClub scheme at any time.
  13. SavaClub shopping coupons and vouchers can only be redeemed when presented in conjunction with the SavaClub Card and bearing the same card number.
  14. SavaClub shopping coupons and vouchers can only be used until the expiry date shown. They can only be redeemed against qualifying purchases, they are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
  15. All data collected will be stored, retained or shared in accordance with our GDPR policy which can be found on our website or on request.
