How to apply for my Savaclub card
To join simply complete an application form available in-store or download one here to print, fill it in and hand it in to one of our Colleagues. Alternatively, you can fill in the form and email it to mail@jempsons.com.
Alternatively, head over to our Loyalty Cards page and you can fill in the form and we’ll send the card out to you.
How does my Savaclub card work
Every £1 spent earns you 1 point, with a voucher to spend in-store every 4 months if you have collected at least 250 points. Just 250 points earn you £2.50.
At least £1 must be spent per visit to qualify for points. At least £2 must be spent per visit to qualify for points on all fuel purchases. One point will be awarded for every £2 spent.
Approximately every four months customers who have collected at least 250 points will be mailed a statement and SavaClub coupon to the value of points collected during that period.
If you do not collect any points for two months you will be removed from the scheme but may re-apply. For more information on how your card works visit our Loyalty Cards page.
Where can I use my Savaclub card
Can be used at any Jempson’s stores.
How do I qualify for a Savaclub card
All participants in the SavaClub card scheme must be UK residents and at least 18 years of age.

Return and refund FAQs
Returning an Item
We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from us. But if you change your mind, you can return the product with your proof of purchase within 90 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.
Please be aware that some products have different return limits and exceptions. Further information is available here
Returning products without receipt
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund without proof of purchase.

Availability of fuel and prices
We regularly review our fuel prices to ensure they are in line with the market and we’re receiving deliveries all the time. For the most up-to-date information check here, in-store or on our social media pages.
When are we open
We are open Monday to Saturday – 6.00am – 9.00pm
How can you pay for fuel
You can pay for your fuel in the Jempson’s Express. We accept all contactless payment cards.
Can I collect Savaclub points when I purchase fuel
You can collect 1 point for every £2 spent on fuel. Remember to scan your card when you pay.
What types of fuel are available
We offer Regular Unleaded and Derv Diesel.
