Northiam Dairy

The dairy was created in 1981 by the Cyster family on their 400 acre farm in Northiam. There’s a small and dedicated team, whose aim is to produce the very best dairy products. The milk is sourced from their own small herd of crossbred cows as well as buying directly from other local dairy farmers (supporting the community).

As well as milk that we supply in our stores and barista milk which is used in our cafés, Northiam dairy produce the most wonderful double crème, crème fraîche and fruity, creamy yogurt.
